Legal basis for registration of a live birth, viability and the right to life. Part 1
AbstractThe article describes and evaluates the norms of Russian Legislation related to registration of Live births and stillbirths, taking into account the criteria established in the Legislation of the Russian Federation, international birth criteria defined by the world health organization, prospects for the Legal definition of viability boundaries and criteria for their assessment.
