Legal aspect of the doctor's responsibility for the patient's health
AbstractThe article describes the Legally established rights and obligations of the attending physician, as well as other medical professionals who provide medical care to patients, and also defines the rights and obligations of the patient and his Legal representatives to take care of their health, as well as their responsibility for noncompliance with the doctor's prescriptions and recommendations.
